Do you charge tax?
Yes. Applicable sales taxes are applied based on where the order is being shipped. Manitoba residents pay GST and PST, while residents of other provinces pay only GST or HST.
How do I place an order?
There are several ways to place an order with Heritage Kids.

E-mail: Please feel free to e-mail us your order stating all designs and finishes for custom orders. We will then contact you again via e-mail or phone to confirm your order and arrange payment prior to processing. Please do not send your credit card number through e-mail. How long will my order take?
Once processed, in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours. Custom furniture orders take 4-8 weeks for manufacturing. Customers will be notified of backordered items upon submission of their order. We can also accommodate Express Orders of in-stock giftware and decor items. I am looking for a particular piece, can you help me source items not featured online?
Yes, Heritage Kids has access to numerous suppliers. Even if we do not feature the product online, we may be able to order it in upon request. If we can't, we will be more than happy to refer you to someone who does.
