1. Complete the return/exchange form below. If product is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department at 1-877-300-8511 or email info@heritagekids.ca.
2. Place item(s) being returned in its original packaging, including instructions, accessories and internal packaging. Items must be in resalable condition. If packaging is damaged, the item is not returnable.
3. Pack item(s) well in an appropriate size box. Include a copy of your packing slip or order in the return. Send the package to the following address by Canada Post or your preferred courier. Keep a record of your tracking number. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
