Color the intricately cut fish or decorate with light collage material. To give it texture and a 3D appearance, fold out the pre-cut scales and fins. If you want to add even more dimension, fold along the scored lines. When finished, loop a string through the pre-cut hole and hang from the ceiling to create a field fish. Beautiful as an underwater themed decoration.
