We value your business and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  We aim to provide you, our customer, the best products available for the price.  Should our product fail to meet your expectations, simply return the item and we will gladly issue you a refund minus shipping fees, within 30 days of purchase.    (Some restrictions apply - see below)

Seasonal merchandise (i.e. Christmas) becomes final sale following the holiday.
